This is a whimsical pair of vintage / antique Trifari clip on earrings. They would have been made around 1957. I have a pair of tie-ups from the 1957 advertisement that used the identical earrings only slightly modified. They are made up of a golden toned Trifanium with a brushed finish and a smooth shiny turned up edge and stem. The little fly in the centers is made up of 2 marquise and 2 round rhinestones each - all glue set.

Size: They are approximately 1 1/8 inches tall and 1 inch wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI" with a crown over the "T" and "C" for copyright on the back
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety
Condition: There is only very slight wear to the metal and slight yellowing to a couple of rhinestones - amazing for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
