This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1953 Trifari brooch / pin. This may be part of Trifari's "SKYLARK" group. It is made up of beautiful baguette, marquise and round clear rhinestones glue set in a platinum toned Trifanium.

Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this brooch was patent # 170,279 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Aug 25, 1953. (Click here to see the patent)
Size: It is approximately 1 1/8 inches tall and almost 1 5/8 inches wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI Pat Pend" on the back
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety
Condition: This brooch is near mint - you can't really see it in person but in the pictures it looks like there is slight yellowing on a few of the rhinestones. Still really excellent condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
