This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1953 Trifari brooch / pin. It is made up of beautiful clear marquise cut and small chaton accent rhinestones and simulated pearls - all glue set in a golden toned Trifanium.

Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this brooch was patent # 170,272 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Aug 25, 1953.
Size: It is approximately 2 1/8 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI Pat Pend" with a crown over the "T" on the back
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety
Condition: There is some wear / darkening to the golden toned Trifanium and one of the faux pearls has a little loss to the coating but all the rhinestones are present and super sparkly - still pretty good condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
