This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1952 Trifari brooch / pin. This sparkly little wreath shaped brooch is made up of beautiful baguette, marquise and round rhinestones all glue set in a golden toned Trifanium.

Advertisement Info: This brooch is very similar to Trifari's 1952 "Parisenne" collection (but without the pearls) that was featured in one of their 'The Enchanted Touch" advertisements.
Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this brooch was patent # 166,491 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on April 15, 1952. (Click here to see the patent)
Size: It is approximately 2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI PAT PEND" with a crown over the "T" on the back
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety
Condition: The plating does show some wear (bubbling) and while all the 33 rhinestones are present - some have been glued back in at some point - still amazing condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
