This is a beautiful vintage Trifari brooch / pin. Parts of this collection (which some call the Casbah Collection). Parts of this interesting leaf pin are textured and parts are shiny smooth with cutout lines in between - the shiny sections are slightly higher than the textured sections. I have seen the rest of the set but not this hard to find leaf pin!

Advertisement Information: The collection was shown in Trifari's 1968 "The Trifarizade Look" advertisement which read "Jewels like golden mosaics from a Sultan’s palace. Textured and polished golden tones played against each other. Right with all the intriguing new Eastern fashions – and all the season’s other new fashions." The brooch was only mentioned "also (not shown) leaf pin around $6.00".
Size: It is approximately 2 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches tall
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI" with a crown over the "T" and the copyright symbol on the back
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety
Condition: There are the normal tiny wear scratches but this is still a really nice brooch - amazing condition for jewelry that is over 47 years old!
