This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1950 Trifari choker necklace. It is made up of 7 beautiful marquise cut rhinestones and 4 chaton rhinestone accents all glue set in a golden toned Trifanium pendant.

Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this choker necklace patent # 160,428 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Oct 10, 1950. (Click here to view patent)
Size: It is short at approximately 15 inches long. The pendant portion is 1 3/4 inches tall and 1 1/4 inch wide.
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI PAT PEND" on the bottom of the fold over clasp (the rest of this collection would have the crown over the 'T' to be called "Crown Trifari" but they often did not have room on the necklaces)
Closure: Fold over clasp on the necklace and the pendant has a bail on the back for the chain
Condition: This is a beautiful necklace only showing a very little wear to the golden toned Trifanium! Amazing condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
