Advertisement Info: It is part of Trifari's Queen of Diamonds collection that was featured in their 1951 advertisement "It wouldn't be Christmas without Jewels by Trifari". (Click here to view advertisement)
Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this choker necklace patent # 164,812 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Oct 9, 1951. (Click here to view patent)
Size: It is approximately 15 3/4 inches long.
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI PAT PEND" on the bottom of the fold over clasp (the rest of this collection would have the crown over the 'T' to be called "Crown Trifari" but they often did not have room on the necklaces)
Closure: Fold over clasp
Condition: The golden Trifanium does show some wear but the necklace is still in good condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
