This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1953 Trifari choker necklace. It is made up of beautiful baguette, oval and round glue set rhinestones in a golden toned Trifanium.

Patent Info: The patent that was eventually granted for this choker necklace patent # 170,379 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Sept 8, 1953. (Click here to view patent)
Size: It is approximately 14 inches long plus a 2 1/2 inch extension chain
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI Pat Pend" on the back of the centerpiece and on the inside of the "J" hook (inside the 'j' hook it also has a crown over the "T")
Closure: "J" hook
Condition: The oval and round rhinestones are super sparkly but the baguette rhinestones are a little darker.For the most part the golden toned Trifanium is in great condition but there are a couple of spots on the back where it shows some wear. This is still a beautiful necklace - amazing condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
