Patent Information: The patent that was eventually granted for this choker necklace patent # 162,462 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on March 13, 1951. (Click here to view patent)
Size: It is approximately 16 inches long which includes a rare ornate extension!
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI" with a crown over the "T" on the back of the fold over clasp and "Pat Pend" on the back of the centerpiece
Closure: It actually has 2 fold over clasps - one on each side if the extension
Condition: There is some darkening / wear to the golden toned Trifanium but all the rhinestones are present and look original and for the most part are really sparkly (only slight cloudiness under a couple) - amazing condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
