This is a vintage / antique 1954 Trifari choker necklace. It is made up of light yellow tear drop shaped rhinestones along with clear baguette and round rhinestones - all glue set in a golden toned Trifanium.

Patent: The patent that was eventually granted for this choker necklace patent # 173,380 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Nov 2, 1954
Size: It is short at approximately 13 3/4 inches plus a 2 1/4 inch extension chain for a total of about 16 inches
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI PAT PEND" with a crown over the "T" on the back of the 'pendant' and "TRIFARI PAT PEND" on the inside of the "J" hook
Closure: "J" hook
Condition: The rhinestones are all present and look original to the necklace (although one looks like it was glued back in at some point). The golden toned Trifanium has some wear - still nice condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
