Description:
This is a vintage / antique 1954 Trifari choker necklace. They named this necklace "Golden Tempo" and it appeared in Trifari's 1954 advertisement "Golden Tempo... Fashion's timeliest enchantment in Trifari's own golden tone Trifanium". The patent that was eventually granted for the matching bracelet was patent # 172,433 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on June 15, 1954. I wasn't able to find another one like so it might be pretty rare!

Size: It is short at approximately 13.5 inches long plus a 2 inch extension chain
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI Pat Pend" on the inside of the "J" hook
Closure: "J" hook
Condition: The golden tone Trifanium has wear commensurate with it's age but it is still very wearable or collectible!
