This is a rare vintage / antique 1953 pair of Crown Trifari clip on earrings. The patent that was eventually granted for these earrings was patent # 170,270 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on Aug 25, 1953. They are made up of marquise cut and round glue set rhinestones along with faux pearls set in a golden toned Trifanium. They would be great to add to your collection or to wear!

Size: They are approximately 7/8 inches tall and 7/8 inches wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI" with a crown over the "T" and "Design Pat Pend" on the top of the clips
Closure: Clip on style earrings
Condition: There is slight wear to the metal but they are still pretty good condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
