Description:
This is a vintage / antique 1953 Trifari brooch / pin. The patent that was eventually granted for this brooch was patent # 169,209 granted to Alfred Philippe for Trifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc. on March 31, 1953. It is made up of clear baguette cut and round rhinestones and faux pearls all glue set in a golden toned Trifanium in the shape of a heart! It would be great to add to your collection or to wear!

Size: It is approximately 2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI Pat Pend" on the back with a crown over the "T"
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety
Condition: All the rhinestones and faux pearls are present but a couple of the faux pearls have been glued back in at some point. The metal does have wear commensurate with age- still fair condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
