This is a vintage / antique 1963 Trifari choker necklace from the "Cavalcade" collection. It is shown in the 1963 Trifari advertisement - this one was 'for Barbara ...and a wise man gives his wife Trifari, too." It is also featured (but in blue) on page 274 of Julia C Carroll's book "Collecting Costume Jewelry 202 Second Edition". This one is made up of a brushed platinum toned Trifanium and is covered in over 120 rhinestones that give it amazing sparkle! It would be great to add to your collection or to wear!

Size: It is short at approximately 14 inches long PLUS a 2 inch extension chain
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI" and "C" for copyright on the top of the "J" hook and also has the Crown Trifari metal "T" hang tag
Closure: "J" type clasp
Condition: All the 125 rhinestones are present but it looks like some may be replacements - they are more clear than most (some are yellowed). The platinum toned metal is brushed and I really don't see any wear - amazing condition for jewelry that is over 50 years old!
