Description:
This is a vintage / antique Trifari brooch / pin or pendant. I could not find the patent but I'm pretty sure it was made between 1950 and 1954. It is made with golden toned Trifanium in the shape of a 3-d flower petal with platinum toned stamens protruding from the center. (I'm pretty sure there are supposed to be baguette cut rhinestones on the tips).

Size: It is approximately 1 5/8 inches tall and 1 5/8 inches wide
Markings: Signed "TRIFARI PAT PEND" on the back (this collection is actually crown Trifari - the matching earrings have the crown over the "T")
Closure: Fold over pin with roll over 'c' safety. It also has a hook so that it may be worn as a pendant.
Condition: There are no rhinestones in the tips of the stamens which would have looked fine but I know the matching earrings do have baguette cut rhinestones so I'm pretty sure they are missing. The metal also has wear commensurate for their age - especially on the back so I would say it is just in fair condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old.
